VIOLA M. MUELLER
Viola Minnie Mueller was born on February 27, 1925 in Lakefield, Minnesota to Reinhold and Antje (Koester) Milbrath. On June 15, 1952, Viola was united in marriage to Hillard Albert Mueller. He preceded her in death in 2006. Viola was a graduate of Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato, Minnesota. Following graduation, she taught in Lutheran schools in Courtland and Gibbon, Minnesota, and Germantown and Paullina, Iowa.
She was active in Lutheran Womens Missionary League in several congregations and Lutheran Braille Workers. She loved to bring flowers and joy to her friends in nursing homes and to lead Bible Studies. Viola was an avid letter writer to her friends and family.
Those remaining to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include sons, Pastor David Mueller (Mary) of Fulton, and Joel Mueller (Michele Gillispie) of Paullina, Iowa; brother, Delbert Milbrath (Naomi) of Loveland, Colorado; sisters, Evelyn Aden of Heron Lake, Minnesota, and Pauline Rode of Mankato, Minnesota; four grandchildren, Elizabeth Moore (Brian), Philip Mueller (Lauren), Morgan Mueller, and Reed Mueller; and great-grandson, Royce Moore.
Along with her parents and husband, Viola was preceded in death by son, Paul; daughter, Joyce; brothers, Ronald and Edward; sister, Edith; and grandsons, Shaun and Jesse.

or Lutheran Womens Missionary League.
