Services for Esther L. Gaudian, age 92, of Lake Park, Iowa who passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Accura Healthcare of Milford. Her funeral service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, April 12, 2024, at Concordia Lutheran Church in Lake Park with Rev. Adam Jacobsen, officiating.
Graveside service will be held at 3:30 P.M. on Friday, April 12, 2024, at Prairie View Cemetery in Paullina.
Visitation with family present will be after 10 A.M. until service time at the church on Friday, April 12, 2024.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for a future designation.Arrangements are under the care of the Eldridge Family Funeral Home in Paullina.

Esther Louise Gaudian, the daughter of Rev. Martin and Mabel (Vogel) Peters, was born on August 15, 1931, in Faribault, Minnesota. She graduated from Paullina High School in 1949. She graduated from St. Louis School of nursing in 1952. On June 7, 1953, she was united in marriage to Duane Gaudian in Paullina, Iowa. They were blessed with seven children: Mark (Karen), Janet (Scott) Geissinger, Joyce Gaudian, Kent (Ruth), David (Vanda), Joel, Kristin Gaudian.
Esther passed away on April 6, 2024, at Accura Healthcare of Milford, Iowa. She was a very kind, caring, nurturing, and patient mother. She was very devoted to her faith and God. Above all she loved spending time with family and especially her grandchildren. Family vacations with seven kids was also a favorite of hers.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 71 years, Duane, her seven children; ten grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren, and her sister, Naomi Brocki, and numerous relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Martin Peters, and infant sister, Barbara.
