CHRISTOPHER R. SCHUKNECHT
Christopher Ronald Schuknecht, the son of Ronald and Sally (Biery) Schuknecht, was born August 11, 1983, in Primghar, Iowa. He attended Paullina Schools and graduated from South O’Brien High School in 2002. While in school, he enjoyed playing sports, being with his friends and enjoyed writing poetry having his poem “I Promise” published in 2003. After graduation, he helped his Dad in operating the family business, Broadway Repair. He passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2005, at his home in Paullina, reaching the age of 21 years, 6 months and 13 days.
He was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church being baptized on October 2, 1983. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his niece, Riley, his dog, Lucky and playing Nintendo.
Chris leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Ron and Sally Schuknecht of Paullina: a sister, Kelli and her husband, Erin and their daughter, Riley Draper of Paullina; his maternal grandmother, Elaine Biery of Paullina; and paternal grandmother, Irene Schuknecht of Sutherland; many aunts and uncles and cousins and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Donald Biery; his paternal grandfather, Roy Schuknecht, a uncle, Donald Biery Jr. and a cousin, Nathan Giese.
