CAROL M.ANDERSEN
Carol Mae Andersen, the daughter of Lloyd and Virginia (Ashley) Brown was born on December 16, 1946 in Primghar, Iowa. She attended and graduated from Primghar High School in 1965. She married Henry Andersen on September 25, 1971 in Primghar, Iowa. The couple lived on an acreage near Sutherland, Iowa before buying a house in Hartley, Iowa in 1974. Carol worked for Norman Bros. Ford, First National Bank and Primghar Savings Bank where she retired after 38 years. Carol passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2015 at the Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa reaching the age of 68 years, 5 months and 8 days.
Carol always saw the good in people. She enjoyed sewing, traveling, antiquing and everything that had to do with computers.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Henry Andersen of Hartley, Iowa; son, Jon Andersen of Omaha, Nebraska; two sisters, Ann Van Nest of Armstrong, Iowa, Jean Cassy of Ava, Missouri; many brother and sister-in-laws; nieces, nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Virginia Brown; brother-in-laws, Gene Van Nest and Bill Cassy and nephew, Chris Cassy.

In Lieu of flowers, the family would like memorials to be directed to the Beecin Foundation of Home Health and Hospice in Sheldon, Iowa.
