Autumn Elizabeth Diekevers was called to heaven on Thursday, October 10th, 2013. Autumn is the daughter of Chris Diekevers and Sarah Breems-Diekevers of Boyden, Iowa.

Autumn's birth was greatly anticipated with joy and her death is greatly mourned. She will forever be in the thoughts and prayers of her parents, grandparents, great grandparents, aunts and uncles, family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Autumn is survived by her grandparents Jerry and Elaine Diekevers of Hospers and Don and Deb Breems of Spirit Lake; her great grandparents Gertrude De Groot of Boyden, Martin Breems of Sanborn, and Gerrit and Jo Hielkema of Sibley; aunts and uncles Chad and Emily Diekevers of Sheldon, Corey and Billie Diekevers of Hospers, Curt and Darci Diekevers of Altoona, Laura and Ryan Olson of Lake Park, and Jason Breems of Spirit Lake, and four cousins.

Autumn is preceded in death by great-grandparents Gerrit and Julia Diekevers, Thomas De Groot, Lorrene Breems, andMargaret Hielkema.
